Our gutter and fittings are in two categories. We have the new modern Pvc Double layered box profile gutters for a beautiful yet functional finish. They come in brown and white colors.
We also have the half-round profile gutter and its accessories; All items are available in nardo grey and milky white colors. At Otium Builders, we offer both retail and wholesale prices for gutters. Our brands are PTG, Cornix, Highplast, and Plastico half-round gutters.
Box Gutters categories
White box Guters
The White box gutters come with a length of 4M (13.1 ft). They are best for water harvesting due to their box shape. Its easier to install box gutters since the fittings are easy to fix and compatible with the gutter troughs. They have a 5.2-depth volume and can hold a lot of water. Their shape and colors also bring out an elegant view of the roof. Below are the dimensions of our PVC box profile gutter-
Brown box Gutters
The brown gutter comes in 3M Length(10ft). They are accompanied by brown fittings, which complete a great look. Most house owners like to match their roof with a proper color gutter. For these reasons, we produce the brown color that mostly matches the maroon, coffee brown, tile red roofing tiles, and Mabatis.
Half Round Gutters
Our PVC half-round gutters are designed to be easily installed; they come in sections that snap together at the joints; this makes them very easy to manage for both installers and homeowners. These gutters also come with pocket-friendly prices.
Gutter Downspouts
We have their downspouts in stock for all of the above gutter troughs. These downpipes come along with their fittings, just like the gutters stipulated on this page.
They drain water from the trough to storage or the ground. They are also mainly used to drain water from the gutter system to storage tanks for harvesting purposes.

The Leafguard is used to prevent leaves or other obstacles from falling into the gutter Trough from the rooftop.
90° Outside Corner
Also known as Ridge Corner,Joins two Gutters externally at an angle of 90°
90° Inside Corner
Also known as Valley Corner, Joins two Gutters internally at an angle of 90°
Downpipe Accessories
Pipe Clip
Used to attach and hold the downpipe against the wall. Screws are used to attach it to the wall firmly.
65° Elbow
Diverts the flow of water at 65 degrees angle.
90° Elbow
Diverts floor of water in downspouts at an angle of 90 degrees.
Pipe Socket
This is a socket used to connect two pieces of downspouts. Its also used in some joints for square pipes to make connection easier.
90° Diverter
Diverts flow of water at an angle of 90 degrees mostly used along the wall. Its also .known as side elbow or side bends
65° Diverter
Diverts flow of water at an angle of 65 degrees mostly used along the wall. Its also known as side elbow or side bends.
Converter Square to Round
This is a socket which converts the box shape to a round so one can use the cylindrical 3” pipe.
Water Hopper
Also known as collection box,its used to allow excess water to hop over,this reducess the pressure and velocity of water which can damage the pipes and gutters.
skew Tee
This is a Square Y” Joint that connects 3 pcs of pipes.
Equal Tee
This joint allows waste water from 2” external sources into the pipe system.
Adapter Square to Square
Changes orientation of the downspout.
